Removal of Dense Brunescent Cataract Removal of an extremely dense, maximally opaque brunescent nuclear cataract highlights this case. Dr Mackool uses Trypan Blue to stain the anterior capsule and a Beehler Pupil Dilator to stretch the poorly dilated pupil.
